Does anyone have a copy of J.C. Bush's _Cathy_? It is mentioned in The Vis.
Doc. and sounds interesting. I'm still not sure if I like TVD a lot or just
a bit. I'm only 2 chapters into it though. The choice of cover photo is a
definite minus. I am getting _The Whole Story_ very soon for a bout $20 - 
maybe that will be better.
I would like to hear some feedback on the various books - for instance,
which book has the photos of Kate which were featured in The New Music
"special" (Laurie Brown interviews Kate in '85 or '86). The photos i mean
are the photos of Kate as a young child - elementary  school age. Some of
those pictures were really beautiful.
Any other comments/opinions on the various books would be appreciated.
