     Being new to electronics I have a great deal of trouble
finding the right tools.  I am looking for a tool to bending
and crimping component leads to variable lenths for insertion 
into a prototype pc board.  I would like a device that is hand
operated and relatively inexpensive.

    I would appreciate any comments or helpfull advice anyone
