Are there any rechargeable lithium batterries in the 3.5 to 4.5 voltage
range available in the market today? What is the lowest voltage for
which such batteries are available ?

Any information on the manufacturer, cost and performance vis a vis the
NiCad battery will be greatly appreciated.
