FYI: I found out about an interesting newsletter for outdoor women.

Editor/Publisher Patricia Hubbard is just celebrating the successful
completion of the first year of this national newsletter.

Statement taken from newsletter:

OUTDOOR WOMEN is a national newsletter with a women's perspective.  We
focus on the woman outdoors, the connection between herself and her
environment.  We seek to encourage, instruct and provide women of all
abilities with a network to get the most from their outdoor
recreational experiences.  Personal growth and self-esteem through
outdoor recreation and adventure is our point-of-view, our reason for
publishing.
