Historians have detected a ^marked shift in attitudes around the 13th century, but not before. ^They have plenty of documents attesting to the widespread acceptance ^of gay people prior to that, and to occasional vigorous debate. You ignore the Didache which can be found in The Apostolic Fathers, some of the earliest writings of the church after the close of the the New Testament era. It clearly forbids sodomy. If that's not sufficient, it is not a very difficult task to find other explicit condemnation of homosexual sexual activity in the Church Fathers. Dan
