Problem: The FAT-PIPE keeps dropping periodically.

Comment [#2]: In working with IDB, the problem has been narrowed down to a
 problem from N.Y. to SURA.  The gateway and modems associated with it have
 been checked are clean.  Possible problem with the ONC-10.  Awaiting a call
 from IDB for more information.
