I have added a couple of options (tested only on DEC/RISC) to the latest top
floating around which:            -----------------------

o  display the CPU number (meaningful eg for DECsystem 58x0) for every running
   process

o  display the controlling terminal number or -- if none (useful with our ultrix
   when processes detach from terminals and start eating lots of cpu time...)

o  select displayed processes according to one of the following criteria:
   - cpu number on which they run
   - controlling terminal number
   - user name of process owner

Since I don't really know what's the "original" 2.5, I will send the whole
(compressed uuencoded) stuff rather than diffs to anyone interested.  Sorry,
no anon ftp.
