I find the download statistics to be quite a useful check on the availability of new software at garbo. Many a time have I found just the utility that I needed because of this listing. To satisfy those that complain that they are too frequent I might suggest that Timo post them bi-weekly instead. But all should be reminded that there's an "n" key to bypass such messages (in rn anyway).
