I seem to recall seeing one advertised somewhere but I forget who makes it. All of these features were offered on a single card though. "True" voice mail isn't required so much as a simple system for callers to leave a message. i.e. I don't need different mailboxes, etc. An added plus would be the capability to select the FAX (or modem for that matter) from a menu of options when first called. Another would be for source code to be included. I'll post a summary if there's enough interest.
