I need software to synthesize speech. I generate 
a string of phonems with special markers for f0,
intensity and duration. Now I need a routine which
changes my phonemic information to speech samples
that can be sent to a D/A-converter.
I need this software for a PC.
Or is there any hardware solution which I can use.
