Dear Dimitri Rakitin:

	Is there a ROM BIOS under DOS that will allow the supporting of the
Russian character set & the English language. If so what is the latest
version of DOS that is supported & where can I purchase this BIOS and 
obtain a version of DOS that supports the Russian language.
