NEEDED: Turbo C routine for BITMAPS
	I am looking for a routine to draw a bitmap image stored in
a one dimensoinal array to the scrren, give the paramaters of the number of
columuns and the number of rows (and hopefully a scale value to determine how
many screen pixels per bit).
	If anyone has a routine like this handy, please send me acopy, at
