1) What C->C++ translators are commercially available for UNIX and VMS 
	environments?

2) What C->C++ native compilers are commercially available for UNIX 
	and VMS environments?

3) What development environments (i.e. CASE tools) exist to support
	object-oriented design and development for the items listed
	in (1) and (2)?
