I am posting this for a University group which does not have net
access yet.

They have an urgent need for a C compiler which uses all of the
speed features of the '486 chip for a vision processing application.

Is there such a compiler available? 

Where can it be accessed?

If not are there any in beta test stage.

Any info will be very gratefully received
