You can try SRC Modula-3 1.6beta5 available via anonymous ftp from
gatekeeper.dec.com in pub/DEC/Modula-3/1.6beta. This is a beta release
and you have to expect some problems. However, I believe that it is in
better shape than 1.5.

As far as I know, this is the only available implementation.
