I sometimes get this error when I log in to my mail server and run Xmh:

redwood% xmh -display mango:0 &
[1] 20361
redwood% Error: SmeBSB Object: Left Bitmap of entry  "all" is not one
bit deep..

We have to run Xmh from the mail/file server because it seems as though there 
is a locking problem with Xmh/mh when /var/spool/mail/user get's large and has a lot of activity.

Any suggestions on a fix would be most appreciated.
