It's sort of like cutting their own throats, because what they're *selling* is faster news access... including news from non-PSI folks. Since this third-party news will eventually find its way into the Internet and loop back around through UUPSI anyway, they're not even saving anything on this, just slowing it down. Sounds a bit thick to me. Now third-party mail, that I can understand. That's a reasonable restriction.
