I am in great need of an article in a journal called Proceedings on Principles
of Programming Languages (Proc. POPL - ACM SIGPLAN journal).  The article is
entitled "Inheritance is not subtyping" by W. Cook, W. Hill, and P. Canning, 
and it is in the 1990 journal. Does anyone have this article or know where I
can get it?

Also, does anyone have suggestions for other articles to read on subtyping and
inheritance in object-oriented programming?  Or perhaps someone would like to 
send me their complete "brain dump" on the topics :-)
