At the risk of seeming self promotional, let me just state that my book,
``An Introduction to Object-Oriented Programming'', was published by
Addison-Wesley this week, (ISBN 0-201-54709-0).  It is intended as a
university textbook, not a trade book.  Anybody who might be teaching a
suitable course next year might want to consider looking at it.  Send me
the particulars of your situation (institution, possible course and size,
etc) and I will pass these on to my editor and see if you can get a comp
copy.
