Today, I tested a MINIX boot disk on an ATARI Mega STE with 4MB RAM.
It booted and worked fine, but dhrystone figures indicated that it
was running its 68000 only with 8MHz.

I do not know how the Mega STE can be switched to 16MHz, but this note
may be interesting though.
