I have two printer problems which I hope someone can help me with.  (I'm
getting kind of desperate.)

First, I have on a short term loan, an epson lq-1000 dot matrix printer
with absolutely no documentation, and no easy access to same.  If someone could
 send me some  information on the dip switches, I would greatly appreciate the
help. (I'm currently have problems with the paper length specs)

Second, I'm having a great deal of difficulty getting an Okidata microline 182
_turbo_ to work with its parallel interface.  I do have the documentation for
this but still cant get it to work.  Is ther something special to set in the
dip switches?  I've tried Okidata's customer support line (toll free=useless,
 toll = always busy).
