Anyone know when running Sun's Lifeline mail with PC-NFS whether there are
solutions to the following (on a PC) :-
	- everytime you launch it typing eithor C for colour screen or M for
	  monochrome
and
	- getting some kind of audio feedback on receipt of mail instead of a
	  half second dialogue box flashing up that you miss if you blink !

any help would be much appreciated (not we've only had the NFS network a few
weeks so if there's an obvious solution I've overlooked apologies !)
