Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you could help me on the following issues.
I'm looking for technical description of some of the "new" high speed
communication standards (and any other info you have).

Of special interest are the standards used in the NSF GigaBit testbeds :

- SONET (CCITT 1988 standards , blue books ?)
- ATM
- HIPPI
- any other ?

Any info or pointers welcome.
