I have no idea of the ins and outs of amateur radio, but the overlap
between it and stuff used on the internet prompts the following
question.  My brother is *seriously* into amateur radio, and he uses
computers for these activities more than anything else.  Is there a
way for me to send him internet mail that he can receive in relatively 
straightforward fashion using his equipment?  Thanks.
