I need information on and recommendations of (and against) realtime
operating systems and/or cards for ibm-compatible pc's, mostly high
end (like 386-based).  Any information you can provide is quite
welcome and would be greatly appreciated.

One OS in particular that I have heard of is QNX.  Any specific
comments regarding QNX are also solicited...
