Does anybody out there have sources of 7bit or maybe a description
of the encoding/decoding algorithm ?
If so please let me know.
I want to implement the encoding and decoding of 7bit files as part
of my all-purpose file encoder/decoder, it currently includes
uuencode/uudecode, radix 95, btoa/atob and btoa5.

Let me know if you can help me.
