Does anyone have, or have pointers to where I could find a public-domain
Unix database package?  Something along the lines of a Dbase IV type
thing is all I'm looking for, although something more complete would
be even better.

Before I start writing thousands of lines of C code, I just thought
I'd toss this one out to the net.  Thanks in advance.
