                             Database Developers

         Two  database developers with Sybase experience are needed to
         implement  a  prototype OLTP application using client  server
         model  architectures.  Excellent knowledge of C under Unix is
         required  with  at  least four  years  experience.   Optional
         requirements  are  the  familiarity with one or more  of  the
         following  DBMSes:   Oracle, Ingres, or Unify  client  server
         models.




                            MS Windows Programmer

         A  software  engineer  is needed to function as  a  technical
         leader  for  the development of applications under  Microsoft
         Windows.    The   successful  candidate    must   have   good
         communication  skills  along with the necessary team  spirit.
         Good working knowledge of C under Unix is a definite PLUS.
