I don't know about the A540 with the 795 bui I recently bought a Taxan 775 for my A310 and discovered a thin black line appearing at the *top* of the screen. The way to cure this is to move the entire image down about 1/4" using the v.pos control and then resize the image with v.size. This produces an excellent picture, even if it is rather small. Andy.
