N. C. at Wilmington, CS & Math Dept. Lines: 26 I have installed an ST251-1 and MFM controller into my Sidecar and have it working fairly nicely. I have had to reboot everytime I turn the AMIGA on inorder to get past the DJMount command (which immediately follows BindDrivers). Once I start the machine (cold boot), I have to warm boot to get going. Once it goes it goes very nicely. Now, once I open my PCWindow, I see that I had a boot disk failure. I reboot the IBM (Ctrl, Alt, Del) and IT boots normal from the A: drive. Everything works fine - once I DOUBLE BOOT BOTH MACHINES. My question is 'Why do I have to double boot to get it working'. Already trieds: reconfigure where everything is in memory from C8000H D0000H D8000H E0000H. cables correctly installed. Tried with boot formatted and non-boot formated harddrive. tried moving from the rightmost slot to the middle slot back and forth. Any suggestions more than welcome.
