I have an A3000... the manual says the "MAKELINK" command can make
hard links on the same drive partition, or soft links (with the SOFT
switch) across partitions/devices.  However, this doesn't seem to
work.  In fact, the word SOFT doesn't appear at all in the makelink
program!!  Will this be implemented in the future?  It is something
I would LOVE to have...
