Mine will come up but when I tell it to dial, it will sit and think about it for a while then it will hang up and come back telling me to check my modem settings, turn it off and on then dial again. This never works. I think its the software, because it used to work then it flaked out a couple of weeks ago. I have not called them yet because I have been testing everything to see if I could fix it. One other note. Space Ace GS will work from a hard drive. Just create a folder and copy all the files from each disk into it and launch the sucker. Its a lot eaiser to let it read from your HD instead of swapping thoes disk.
