BTW just because the case is going to trial DOESN'T mean that Apple has won. Far from it. It just means that judge did not feel that a summary judgement could be made, and that all the facts do need to be heard, as well as additional testimony. This case will be very interesting to follow. My personal feeling is that final decision will be against Apple, especially since the judge's preliminary finding stated that copyright protection was involved, and not patent protection.
