Keywords: 19200 is fast but 38400 would be nicer!

I can pump up my rs232 port connections to 19200 no problem.  BUT, when I try
38400 it locks up.  What do I need to do?  Do I need to add an entry to my
/etc/gettydefs file?  I've got a 3B2/400 and would love to work at 38400.
