I needed it for my CAD system so I could make my drawings on the screen match the multiple colors available on my plotter. It installed without a hitch but it exhibits one very annoying trait. When I fire up my CAD system, about 4 times out of 5 everthing that is commanded black (lines, backgrounds, etc.) comes out magenta! All the other colors, including magenta, command properly. I don't think the board is defective since it *does* work correctly sometimes and all the sample programs that came with it work right every time. Has anyone got a clue? Is there some sort of reset command I can send just prior to invoking the CAD system? On a related note I noticed that the amount of "drawing memory" dropped about 20% from 190K to 155K. This is significant since now some of my previous drawings won't fit. I would think that with its own on-board memory that the DEB should at least hold its own or maybe even *increase* the amount of memory available. Thanks in advance, - Jack
