The rt-11 file structure is documented in the rt-11 manual set, I think there is a one or two page part that is important (involving the header and the directory). I can send you the source code for this, it is written in oregon pascal-2 but should be pretty understandable. The code asks for a drive number, and copies all the files off the floppy and onto the current directory (ms-dos). As I remember there was a slight pain in the ass with this involving sector interleaving...... good luck...
