The answer is, Chris Spell is submitting the CFV which he wrote, and which
Alonzo Gariepy and I contributed. The vote does not begin until it is
officially posted in .newgroups; at that time I will activate an account on my
VAX (handhelds@vax.anes.tulane.edu) for sending your votes. DO NOT SEND VOTES
TO THAT ACCOUNT NOW!!! They will bounce back to you, and will not be counted.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE CFV. Put your vote in the subject line, as it
reduces the amount of work for me immensely. We (Alonzo, Chris, and I) have
tried to pull the proposal together as quickly as possible to avoid the sort of
thrashing about of "When's the vote", but these things take time, and we all
have actual jobs which require the occaisonal illusion of our participation, if
not enthusiasm.
