I have an AT&T 6386/16 WGS with a Winchester WD1006 harddrive controller and a Micropolis 71M MFM harddrive. The problem is that the drive is running out of space. I have a choice of buying another MFM drive and put it onto the existing controller, or through away the existing controller and the existing drive and buy a new controller and drive. I need to know if my existing controller can handle two drives (of the same type). Can anyone help? What are your opinions on what I should do? Any comment is welcome.
