I guess the subject says it all.  I've acquired a real hayes 1200 baud
internal modem.  It is a full length card with a big on board transformer
and speaker.  It also has a single switch bank with 4 (I think) switches
on it.  If anybody has access to a manual, and can report on what the
switch configurations are I'd appreciate it....
