As far as I know, games by Sierra (Larry, Police Quest etc) support the Roland MPU-401 and MT-32 sound module combination. One alternative for buying MIDI+sound module would be to buy the Roland LAPC-1 board, which incorporates MIDI and MT-32/CM-32L modules on one AT board.
