Does anyone know of an (inexpensive) speech synthesiser for the IBM PC, preferably implemented in hardware. The device must be programmable in C. Alternatively, if anyone knows how I could build one and interface it to the PC I would be interested in hearing from them. Thanks. I look forward to reading your mail.
