I'm using "NetMinder Ethernet" from Neon Software for analyzing
EtherTalk traffic. I captures everything that passes by your
ethernet card and it is great for filtering, analyzing, etc.
It understands EtherTalk phase II.

Neon Software has just released a similar product for monitoring
localtalk traffic: "NetMinder Localtalk" - I have ordered it but
not received it yet.

"NetMinder Ethernet" is $420.75 and "NetMinder LocalTalk" will be
$335.75 - both prices are educational discount prices.

I'm not affiliated with Neon Software - I'm just a very satisfied
user of "NetMinder Ethernet".
