Message-ID: <1991Mar11.142944.24326@ncsa.uiuc.edu> Date: 11 Mar 91 14:29:44 GMT Sender: rcook@ncsa.uiuc.edu (Robert Cook) Organization: NCSA - National Center for Supercomputing Applications Lines: 9 Originator: rcook@mars Does anyone have anything good (or bad) to say about the MacWarehouse PowerUser 2400 bd. modem? It's only $99 and they say it comes with the cable to hook up to a Classic and also comes with MacKNOWLEDGE and a membership to Compuserve (I dont need this). I want to use the modem to log into our mainframes from home. I also want to be able to download stuff (as error-free as possible). Is this the modem for me, or do I need something better? Please e-mail if you have any info about this, I would appreciate it. --Robert Cook-- rcook@ncsa.uiuc.edu
