I've got a mailinglist database which was transferred from an *Apple II*
(yuk), and sucked into an MS-WORD plain text file. It's like 100K or so,
and don't want to type it in again.

Is there any way to import it into fields in a/the mailinglist/address
stack? Or do I have to (can I?) cut/paste from the text into each field?
