Inst. of Tech., Dept. of Chemistry Lines: 27 Hello, I just took my first mac out of the box. I have been a unix user for a while, but I can't figure this problem out. I FTP'd to two sites and got two files called binhex.macbinary I transfered these files to an MSDOS machine, and copied them to 3.5 floppy. I then took the floppy to the mac, used the FileExchange utility and selected just the default translation. The resulting file on the mac is not executable. How do I get these binaries to be executable? -- Frank Kolakowski ======================================================================= |lfk@athena.mit.edu or lfk@eastman1.mit.edu or kolakowski@wccf.mit.edu| | Lee F.
