Does anyone know if there exists an INIT/CDEV that
provides proportional scroll bars - meaning the
white box in the scroll bar changes to represent
how much of the document you are currently veiwing.

I though I saw one somewhere through anonymous FTP,
but I can't remember where and what the name was.
