Lines: 25 We have an RC3240 that has just had its system disk (~300Mb CDC 94171) die and it was replaced with a ~600Mb CDC 94191. On both disks we were occasionally getting the following error : SCSI 0L0: SERR=0x1 SCSI hardware ERROR status: 86 Hardware Failure SCSI 0L0 cmd=0xA retrying(1) fuji spc hardware error detected It is a bit of a worry. Can anyone tell me what this means? I am installing RISC/os 4.52 at the moment and it is coming up a lot in the installation. Previously we were running 4.30 and 4.51 of RISC/os (and it happened with both of those versions...). We also have two Maxtor 8670 676Mb drives on the SCSI in a separate cabinet.
