Subject: Two M/120 expansion cabinet questions

1) In our M/120 expansion cabinet, there is a disk drive in the bottom slot,
and in the slot above there is a thing that looks like this:

	- it's a flat metal plate about 5" x 6", 1/8" thick
	- mounted on standard mounting bracket (like that used for the disk)
	- screws onto mounting bracket with 4 1" posts
	- says "Caution hot surface avoid contact
	- bottom of plate has a ribbed metal cylinder glued onto it
	- the cylinder plugs into one of the 4-lead power plugs like those
	  the disk plugs into

What is it?

2) I need to obtain some extra mounting brackets.  Anyone have a non-MIPS
source for them?  (Or a MIPS part number?)
