David Gillespie has just (3/1) posted v 1.19 of his Pascal to C
translater on csvax.cs.caltech.edu.  The new version compiles on
a NeXT without modification.

I've taken the liberty of putting it in pub/next/submissions of
cs.orst.edu and sonata.cc.purdue.edu.
