   I have been having trouble using the LaTeX picture environment on
the Next.  Specifically, the \oval objects do not seem to work.  A
program which ran correctly on another machine resulted in a lot of
black squares when I ran the same .tex file on the Next (got a .dvi
file with no error messages) and then used TeXview on the .dvi file.

   I also got error messages when I copied the dvi file onto a diskette,
then tried to print that file on a HP laserjet printer connected to
an IBM clone.  (message said something about a call for a nonexistent
circle10 font).
